What carrier can I use to track my order after it ships?

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email that includes a tracking number and link to the USPS website for easy tracking of your order’s progress online. This shipping status email also includes the shipping method used, transit time, and shipping date.

For international shipping we recommend choosing UPS worldwide shipping at checkout. This shipping method provides tracking once overseas. Please remember you will be responsible for your countries duty& import fees. 

How much does shipping cost?

Currently, our website offers $5 flat rate US shipping. We do offer international shipping, prices will be calculated at checkout. 

When will I receive my order?

Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days from the date of purchase. Items purchased as pre-sale or during holidays will take longer.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We hope you love your Free Ride purchase, however, returns of clothing are welcome within 14 days of the date of purchase. Email us at info@freerideequestrian.com to notify us of the incoming return.

embroidered belts are not eligible for returns. 

Items must be returned in new condition, have no make-up marks or stains on and are sent back with all original packaging and tags attached for a full refund on products (shipping cannot be refunded).  Please send to;

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer prepaid returns service. However, if you are exchanging an item, we will cover the cost of sending the exchange to you and returning the item you are exchanging it for. E-mail us to let us know what you would like to exchange for and we will send you a label for the item you are sending back. Once USPS receives the item we will ship out your exchange.
